Although the Hobby Japan scan is unable to give us an insight of what kind of articulation he has.

His ears are articulated?! Hopefully because that'd be super cute! (Please don't get the wrong idea. )

I think his arms, shoulders and feet too. I don't think its possible for Mickey to have a leg articulation.
